Social Media Internship

Description:

Assist in building a social media presence for our clients & their brands. You will be responsible for creating content (reels, story graphics, etc.), community engagement, & assisting team members as needed.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

- Working alongside our Social Media Strategists & Account Managers to develop content for clients that match their goals & fit within the client brand guidelines

- Building a strong social media presence and continuously increasing following through daily community management and other organic growth practices on each platform.

- Monitoring the client’s brand accounts on social media daily and responding to each comment or message that comes through. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service through social media for our clients here at RMG.

- Working with our creative team to create high level story graphics for your social media accounts

- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers to create appropriate collaborations.

- Managing your client account’s online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

- Staying on the pulse of new social media trends, important trending dates, relevant hashtags each month. At RMG, we call ourselves digital trendspotters!

Requirements:

- Interest in social media marketing

- Ability to come to the Nashville office in-person 3 days a week
