CEO + Founder

Sydney Dozier the visionary behind Renaissance Marketing Group, that she founded in 2014. Over the last 9 years, Sydney has curated a top-tier team, establishing Renaissance as a go-to agency delivering proven social media marketing results. Sydney is not only a business dynamo but also the co-host of The Renaissance Podcast, aimed at empowering entrepreneurs. Her dedication to supporting women entrepreneurs led to The Mona Lisa Foundation, offering mentorship, grants, education, and a vibrant community. She's also the brains behind The Renaissance Women’s Summit, an annual event in Nashville and Charleston inspiring women entrepreneurs. Sydney is a wife and mother to Sawyer James and has an unwavering passion for entrepreneurship, the color pink, and her two furry companions, Stevie Nicks and EmmyLou Harris.

Chief Creative Officer

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Walker has exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. His journey began as a budding entrepreneur, operating a highly successful lemonade stand right on his neighborhood street. Following his education at The University of North Georgia in Athens, GA, Walker discovered his genuine calling – aiding small businesses in achieving their utmost potential. While he possesses a deep appreciation for all facets of the automobile industry, Walker's unwavering passion lies in empowering business owners. Beyond his remarkable dedication, Walker is also an extraordinarily talented creative and videographer, renowned for producing extraordinary videos that have left an indelible mark on both nationwide brands and small businesses. His visual storytelling prowess has become a powerful tool in elevating businesses to new heights. However, Walker's expertise goes beyond his professional achievements; it's his infectious personality that truly sets him apart. Upon meeting him, one cannot help but be captivated by his engaging and charismatic presence. It becomes evident that having Walker on your team is not just a wise choice – it's an absolute necessity for any business looking to thrive.

Vice President of Social Media

Ashley is a Memphis native who graduated from Mississippi State University in May of 2019. She moved to Nashville in July of 2019 and started working in the event industry. In March of 2020 when the pandemic hit, she decided to go back to school, pursuing a master’s degree in fashion marketing from LIM College located in Manhattan, NY. While receiving her masters, she completed an internship with a digital marketing firm in New York, where she fell in love with social media marketing. Ashley is passionate about using unique and creative ways to reach audiences.

When Ashley is not working you can find her volunteering with the networking organization Heels & Handshakes, going to Cyclebar, & checking out the latest Nashville rooftops with friends & family.

Operations Manager

Christina's enthusiasm lies in connecting with people and she recognizes the power that the entertainment world has to bring groups together. As a Belmont University Graduate with a degree in Entertainment Industry Studies and Music Business, she finds her joy in event coordination and planning. Christina understands the importance of creating moments that resonate. In a field that demands constant innovation, Christina thrives on staying ahead of trends and embracing new ideas. Her collaborative approach ensures that our events are not just organized but are also opportunities for meaningful connections and engagement. 

Originally from Chicago, Christina has embraced Nashville as her home. Beyond the professional realm, you'll find Christina testing life hacks she discovers on TikTok, attending classic rock concerts, and she always has her next trip booked!

Graphic Designer + Social Media Strategist

⠀LeeAnn is a Florida girl, born and raised. She graduated from Southeastern University in April of 2022 with a major in Communications. During college she completed an internship in marketing and fell in love with the field and decided to go full-time upon graduation. LeeAnn is a big creative who loves all things graphic design and social media. She loves to help clients share their brand's story in unique ways.

LeeAnn usually spends her free time traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family!

Social Media Strategist

Nashville-born and raised, Maddie has a soft spot for Tennessee. After completing her Marketing degree at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she decided to move back home and stick to her roots. In college, she found a passion for social media and wanted to use her creativity to help businesses reach their full potential. After completing her internship here at Renaissance Marketing Group, she couldn't see herself full-time anywhere else, so she joined our team full-time. 

At work, you'll find her dancing, playing jokes, or just finding ways to make everyone laugh. Her favorite things to do are watch movies and scroll through Tik Tok, and one day she hopes to make it on the big screen. Until then, you can find her here on MaddTv, a show on the RMG Instagram page!

Content Assistant

Haley was born and raised in Florida. As an alum of the University of South Florida with a Bachelors's in Communication, she decided to move to Nashville to further her knowledge of Social Media Marketing. Haley has always loved social media, design, and anything aesthetically pleasing. Her desire is to help tell a story through various media forms and connect people in a community that empowers and inspires them. 

Apart from social media, Haley loves concerts, sporting events, and happy hours with her friends.
