How We Work

Renaissance is proudly in-person first.

We believe collaboration, creativity, and mentorship are strongest when we’re working together — side by side. Our office in Nashville is a place for brainstorming, creating, producing, and growing as a team.

Full-time roles are hybrid, with in-office collaboration during the week and Remote Fridays built in.

    Our internship program is designed for students and early-career creatives who want real agency experience.

    While internships are currently unpaid, they are intentionally structured to deliver deep learning, hands-on experience, and meaningful mentorship.

    This is not a coffee-running internship.
    This is an immersive, contributor-level experience.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support real client accounts

    • Assist with content creation and production

    • Participate in strategy sessions and planning meetings

    • Learn analytics, community management, and platform best practices

    • Work closely with senior team members
