Sydney Dozier
Founder & CEO
Sydney Dozier is the visionary behind Renaissance Marketing Group, a leading Nashville based social media agency she founded in 2014. Over the past decade, Sydney has built a top tier team and established Renaissance as the go to agency for high impact social media marketing and brand storytelling.
Renaissance serves clients across the country, offering services ranging from social media management and content creation to professional photography, videography, branding, and more, with a clear focus on driving revenue, sparking growth, and exceeding client expectations.
Sydney is the host of The Renaissance Podcast, where she shares unfiltered conversations with entrepreneurs and changemakers, and the creator of The Renaissance Women’s Summit, an annual Nashville based event dedicated to empowering women in business that has also been taken across the country to Charleston and Austin. She is also the founder of The Mona Lisa Foundation, a nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs through mentorship, grants, and education.
She has led social media workshops on content creation and strategy for thousands of women and supported more than 1,000 brands in creating their own social media renaissance since launching RMG.
Sydney is a wife, proud mom to Sawyer James and Rowen Blake, and dog mom to Stevie Nicks and EmmyLou Harris, on a mission to help women build bold, beautiful lives through the power of social media. A wife, mom, and multi passionate entrepreneur, Sydney believes every woman has the power to create her own renaissance.

Maddie Miller
Senior Account Manager
Nashville-born and raised, Maddie has a soft spot for Tennessee. After completing her Marketing degree at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she decided to move back home and stick to her roots. In college, she found a passion for social media and wanted to use her creativity to help businesses reach their full potential. After completing her internship here at Renaissance Marketing Group, she couldn't see herself full-time anywhere else, so she joined our team full-time.
At work, you'll find her dancing, playing jokes, or just finding ways to make everyone laugh. Her favorite things to do are watch movies and scroll through Tik Tok, and one day she hopes to make it on the big screen!

Christina Provenzano
Brand Manager
Christina's enthusiasm lies in connecting with people and she recognizes the power that the entertainment world has to bring groups together. As a Belmont University Graduate with a degree in Entertainment Industry Studies and Music Business, she finds her joy in event coordination and planning. Christina understands the importance of creating moments that resonate. In a field that demands constant innovation, Christina thrives on staying ahead of trends and embracing new ideas. Her collaborative approach ensures that our events are not just organized but are also opportunities for meaningful connections and engagement.
Originally from Chicago, Christina has embraced Nashville as her home. Beyond the professional realm, you'll find Christina testing life hacks she discovers on TikTok, attending classic rock concerts, and she always has her next trip booked!

Social Media Account Coordinator
An East Tennessee native, Kelsey brings Southern charm and a strategic, storytelling mindset. After earning her degree in communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she moved to Nashville to pursue her passion for helping businesses gain meaningful media exposure.
With a background in public relations, Kelsey transforms creative visions into purposeful, authentic social media content. She approaches every project with a strong attention to detail, a love for grammar and a commitment to telling stories with clarity and intention.
In her free time, you will find Kelsey traveling with her family, strolling through Midtown, shopping (duh!) or curled up with a good book.

Social Media Content Assistant
Maddie first joined RMG as a summer intern, and it didn’t take long for us to realize she was something special. A creative powerhouse and talented video editor, she quickly became an essential part of our content team—helping produce high-quality, strategic work for our clients.
Now officially stepping into her role as Social Media Content Assistant, Maddie brings fresh creativity, energy, and an eye for detail to everything she touches. A senior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she’s earning her degree in Advertising and recently took her skills global while studying abroad in Italy.
Passionate about social media, photography, and travel, Maddie loves telling stories that connect and inspire—something we see in her work every single day.

A dedicated mother and wife, Sarah is an invaluable part of the RMG family—our success wouldn’t be possible without her!
