Social Media Account Coordinator

We are seeking a vibrant and organized individual to join our team as a Social Media Account Coordinator. Located in the heart of Nashville, our office buzzes with creativity and collaboration. You’re a social media aficionado with a talent for engaging content. Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. A creative thinker, ready to execute strategies and curate captivating content.

What You’ll Do:

Be the primary liaison for clients, managing content across various platforms. Work closely with our team to implement social media strategies that shine. Stay ahead of trends, ensuring our content is fresh and impactful.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all social media content-related communication.

- Execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals communicated by your Account Manager.

- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

- Collaborate with clients and your Account Manager to understand brand identity, target audience, and messaging requirements.

- Coordinate creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms.

- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.

- Respond to client messages regarding social media platforms and content within 24 hours in a professional manner.

- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends to optimize content strategies.

- Work with our Chief Creative Officer and your Account Manager to schedule content shoots for clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.

- Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
