About the Role

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Social Media Account Coordinator to support multiple client accounts with content creation, organization, scheduling, and communication. This is a great fit for someone organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn from experienced account managers and content strategists—while getting hands-on with real brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of monthly social strategies across multiple client accounts.

  • Assist with creating dynamic, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (captions, Reels, graphics).

  • Manage social calendars and scheduling within established workflows.

  • Gather analytics, prepare reports, and track month-over-month results.

  • Monitor trends, audio, and platform updates relevant to client industries.

  • Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team to keep projects on track.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to bring concepts to life.

  • Participate in client strategy calls, team brainstorms, and internal content reviews.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or communications (internship/agency experience is a plus).

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; keen eye for design and detail.

  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.

  • Basic video/design skills (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Excellent organization and time management; comfortable juggling deadlines.

  • A proactive, curious mindset—willing to learn and contribute ideas.

  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude—no task too small.
