The Ideal Person: 

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and strategy-focused individual to join our talented team! As an account manager at Renaissance Marketing Group, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts. You will develop winning strategies that help your businesses grow and convert. Leadership is a major character trait we are seeking in the person that fills this role. Each day, you will work to lead your social media strategists to create kick-ass content for the accounts you manage.

Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals.

  • Creation of Monthly/Quarterly Strategies and campaigns for Clients

  • The strategy should include a content roadmap for a social media strategist

  • Oversee work from a Social Media strategist, ensuring the content is reflective of strategies, on-brand for clients, and consists of all necessary criteria.

  • Approve content from Social Media Strategists prior to sending it to management. Content must meet company and client expectations.

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.

  • Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.

  • Executing client engagement and growth tactics to grow accounts

  • Setting goals for account growth and executing strategies to ensure accounts are meeting goals and are growing month/month and quarter/quarter.

  • Presenting effective social media strategies to clients

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click.

  • Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.

  • Reporting on campaign/marketing efforts on a monthly basis through using RMG’s analytic software and presenting reports to clients.

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.

  • Keeping abreast with the digital industry and staying on top of social media trends to stay current in all content and strategies.

Required Skills 

  • At least 3 years of account management experience in a creative advertising agency is strongly preferred

  • Creative & out of this of world mindset with experience in campaign planning & idea generation

  • Brilliant communication skills

  • Leadership and prior management experience are preferred

  • Sets goals & holding self & others to high standards of performance.

  • Consistently acts with integrity & invests in building trust with all colleagues & clients

  • Time management and organization

  • 3+ years in digital marketing

  • Must be grammatically proficient and have the ability to proofread social media content

  • Must have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategy

  • Must have the ability to create and understand digital marketing strategies

  • Must be comfortable managing time, expectations, and clients

  • Ready to grow alongside a young business and wear a lot of hats to achieve the desired goal
